Log Settings
Menu Path: Settings > Backup Settings
백업 설정Tab is로그 백업 설정and사용자/그룹 백업 및 복원It consists of two cards. Clicking on the card title expands it, and when one card is expanded, the other card automatically collapses.

Log Backup Settings
You can regularly back up log data and store/manage archive files. Log backups are automatically executed according to the configured standard time zone and backup frequency. If the stored files exceed the specified maximum number, the oldest files are automatically deleted.
- Set the log backup usage with the switch on the right side of the card. If not used, the items below cannot be changed.
- If you turn off the switch while in use

Standard Time Zone
Select the time zone to apply to the backup. The default is(UTC +09:00) 서울Select the standard time zone of the area where you are actually located.
Backup Cycle

| every year | Backups are executed at the set month, day, and time every year. |
If there is a recent backup, the date and time of the recent backup will be below the schedule.성공 / 실패The results will be displayed. In case of failure, the next backup will be automatically retried according to the set schedule.
Log Collection Period
Enter the collection period of logs to be included in the archive file in days.up to 365 daysYou can set it up until. The collection period starts from the day before the backup date and includes logs for the specified period.
**Example:**If you enter "30 days" and the backup date is August 15, 2026, the logs from July 16, 2026, 00:00:00 to August 14, 2026, 23:59:59 will be included.
Archive File Management

Backup log external transmission
The log backup files generated during use are automatically sent to an external server via the SCP protocol according to the configured backup cycle.

**Caution:**If the transmission target path does not exist, the file will not be transmitted. Please check if the path has been created in advance.
Automatic Deletion of Log Files

| Not in use | The original log is not deleted and is maintained. |
Caution:
사용함If selected, the original logs will be permanently deleted after backup. Since recovery is not possible, please confirm before setting.
User/Group Backup and Restore
This is a feature that allows you to save (backup) user and group data at a specific point in time and restore (recover) it to that point in case of issues. It enables safe recovery to a previous state when data has been incorrectly modified, such as through CSV synchronization.
Backup always creates user and group data together. Standalone backups of users or groups are not supported.
💡 Previously사용자Menu's백업 및 복원This is a feature that was provided in the tab. The functionality and operation are the same, only the position has changed.설정 > 백업 설정has been moved to.
Backup List
사용자/그룹 백업 및 복원When you unfold the card, the generated backup list will be displayed.

Create Backup
Manually back up the current user and group data status.
Creation Method:
- Top of the list

완료becomes, the status of the list isRestorableis indicated.
💡 You can only perform one operation at a time: either creating a backup or restoring. If a backup is being created, a restore is in progress, or CSV synchronization is ongoing, then백업 생성The button will be disabled.
💡 Administrators with only view permissions cannot create backups.
Restoration
Select the desired point from the backup list to revert the current data to that point.
Restoration Method:
- Hover over the row of the restore point in the backup list.
복원The button will be displayed. (The status isRestorableYou can only select in backup.) 복원on button clickRestoration ConfirmationA window will be displayed.- After checking the change history
복원하기Clicking the button will start the restoration. - at the bottom of the screen
백업 파일로 복원Notifications will be displayed and the progress (%) will be updated. When completed,완료becomes.
Restore Confirmation Window
You can check the differences with the current data before executing the restoration.
- Backup point to restore: Creation date and time of the selected backup
- Change Log Preview: Compare the current count and the count after restoration by user and group.
- For example: User current 15,200 → After restoration 15,000 (-200), Group current 17,750 → After restoration 17,950 (+200)
- The numbers in parentheses indicate the increase or decrease in cases compared to the current situation.
⚠️ When restoring, the current data will revert to the backup point, and this action cannot be undone.
Automatic Backup
At the point below, the current status is automatically backed up, and the list is separated.자동is indicated.
- CSV Synchronization (Batch Registration) Just Before Execution: If the data is incorrectly changed due to synchronization, you can restore it to the previous state with this backup.
- Before restoration execution: The state before restoration is automatically backed up, so if the restoration result is different from what you intended, you can revert to this backup.
💡 Automatic backup isKeep only oneis created. When a new automatic backup is created, the existing automatic backup is replaced with the new backup. The point that needs to be kept for a long time is백업 생성Leave a manual backup.
Precautions During Restoration
⚠️ Please check before restoring:
- Restoration replaces the entire current operational data with the selected backup point.
- Restoration work cannot be canceled after completion.
- Restoration cannot be started while CSV synchronization is in progress. Please try again after synchronization is complete.
- In case of restoration failure, the current operational data will not be changed.
