Log Backup Settings
You can regularly back up log data and store/manage archive files. Log backups are automatically executed according to the configured standard time zone and backup frequency. If the number of stored files exceeds the specified maximum, older files are automatically deleted.
Backup Cycle

| every day | Backups are executed at the set time every day. |
| every month | Backups will be executed on the set date and time every month. |
| every year | Backups are executed on the set month, day, and time every year. |
Log Collection Period
Set the collection period of logs to be included in the archive file. The collection period starts from the day before the backup date and includes logs from the selected period.
**Example:**If you select "30 days" and the backup date is August 15, 2026, the logs from July 16, 2026 00:00:00 to August 14, 2026 23:59:59 will be included.
Archive File Management

| Number of archive files | Set the maximum number of archive files to be saved. If exceeded, the oldest files will be deleted. |
| Archive File List | You can check the list of generated files and download them. |
Reference:Collection period of 30 days, with 12 files set, maximum approximately1 Year Log RetentionThis is possible.
Backup log external transmission
The log backup files generated during use are automatically sent to the configured external storage.

| Transmission Target Path | The absolute path where the log backup file will be stored |
[연결 테스트]The save settings button will be activated only if the connection with the button is successful.
**Caution:**If the transmission target path does not exist, the file will not be transmitted. Please check if the path has been created in advance.
Automatic Deletion of Logs
| Settings | Description |
|---|---|
| use | The backed-up original log is deleted and cannot be recovered. |
| Not in use | The original log is retained without being deleted. |
Caution:
사용함If selected, the original log will be permanently deleted after backup. Since recovery is not possible, please confirm before setting.
